4pm Livonia Symphony Concert at the Louis Schmidt Auditorium, (Clarenceville High School Auditorium) on Middlebelt between 7 and 8 Mile, Livonia. Tickets are $18 for Seniors (60+) or $20 for adults, and may be purchased at the door. The concert, Strings of My Heart, features Steven Dearing on Guitar. 7pm Single Place Tonight we welcome Mr. Paul Durso, of the C. Curtis & Associates Financial Asset Management Group. He will be speaking about the current economy and how to safely improve your investment return in this new economy. Ice cream follows. $5 donation please.

6pm Come to Northville Downs for their delicious all-u-can-eat buffet dinner, plus??? The cost is $28, which includes buffet, coffee or hot tea, tax, tip, and a program for the evenings ‘events’. Dinner is served from 6:30 - 9:00pm. Other ‘events’ begin at 7pm. (Whatever happens at the track - stays at the track) ADVANCE PAID RESERVATIONS BY MARCH 5 PLEASE. Payable at Single Place. 7:00pm Single Place Corned Beef Dinner with potatoes, carrots, rolls and of course corned beef and cabbage. Come hungry. After dinner, we will listen to the Irish music of Ms. Mary Ann Murphy. She has performed at Single Place in years past and has been very well received by her audience. The cost for the dinner and entertainment is $12. We ask that you please sign up for the dinner or call the church office (248-349-0911) if you are coming for dinner so we know how much food to prepare.
Sat., March 17
6pm Hors d’oeuvres (appetizers) Party at Dave’s Condo in Northville. Bring a hearty appetizer (hor d’oeuvre) plus the usual $5 OR $10 if coming empty handed. There are many easy, good recipes on the internet. This is something different for Single Place to do as we try to fend off the Winter Blahs. Should be fun. Maps are available at Single Place.
