Single Place WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY

If it becomes necessary this winter to close First Presbyterian Church, thus canceling Single Place, we will do our best to announce the cancellation on local radio stations. However, there is no guarantee our closing will be announced. Therefore, it is recommended that you call First Presbyterian Church, 248-349-0911, before leaving home or work. Decisions should be made by 4pm in the afternoon.

Worship services at First Presbyterian Church of Northville

begin at 9:30am every Sunday morning.

Adult Bible Study at 10:30am

All are welcome to attend.

 

Monday, September 1 Labor Day

4pm House Party @ Pat's home in Northville. The usual applies- Bring a dish of real food to pass plus $5 or we ask $10 if coming empty handed. Pulled pork sandwiches will be provided. Call Nancy for reservations 734-459-7235.

 

Thursday, September 4

7pm Single Place. Another fun evening of cards & games. The usual card games are Euchre or pinochle, or join in a friendly game of Mexican Train- a dominoes game. A good time is guaranteed. Snacks & soft drinks are provided, as Guernsey ice cream is also available later. $5 donation ease.

6:30pm Dining Out. Meet at the Al Emeer Restaurant, 27346 Ford Rd. Dearborn Heights. (Ford Rd & Inkster Rd. NE corner). The phone # there is 313-565-9600. Thursday, September 11

7pm Single Place. Tonight we welcome Mr. Ryan Allor, Financial Planner, who will speak on 'Retirement Options'. Are your financial affairs set up in the most beneficial & economical manner for you and/or your survivors? Come find out. You may be surprised Ice cream follows. $5 donation please.

 

Saturday, September 13

3:30pm Putt Putt Golf ($6) Meet at Sportway 38520 Ford Rd. between I-275 & Newburgh Rd. Canton. Dinner after at one of the many restaurants in the area. In case of inclement weather, meet at the Zap Zone, 41953 Ford Road (go East) for indoor miniature golf.. No experience needed. Please sign up at Single Place so we know how many to expect. 7pm Single Place. It's another great dinner night. This time it is a Mexican theme with build-your-own taco's, burritos, taco salad or anything else you care to 'create'. Why not dress for the occasion & wear something with a Mexican look? Dinner is $10 for all you care to eat. After, we can watch comedy TV shows on the big screen TV.
